Terms & Conditions of Use

Thank you for choosing to participate in a Spiritual Coaching Journey with Stefan Markworth.
These Terms & Conditions exist to create clarity, safety, and integrity for both of us.
By entering either the Awakening Journey or the Communion Journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following.
1. Nature of the Work
Spiritual Coaching Journeys are one-to-one, presence-based containers that support personal, spiritual, and embodied exploration.
The work may include:
- conversation and reflective inquiry
- guided awareness or meditative practices
- support in listening, integration, and discernment
This work is educational, spiritual, and experiential in nature.
2. Personal Responsibility
Your participation is voluntary. You remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing during and after the journey.
No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Your experience will depend on your own engagement, openness, and life context.
You are encouraged to honour your own boundaries and to take care of yourself throughout the process.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Spiritual Coaching Journeys are not a replacement for medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or financial care.
Nothing offered constitutes diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.
If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges or require medical or psychological support, please seek appropriate professional care.
4. Sessions, Scheduling, and Commitment
Each journey includes a defined number of sessions within a set container.
- Awakening Journey: three sessions
- Communion Journey: eight sessions
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement via the booking system.
By entering a journey, you are committing to the container as a whole, not to individual sessions in isolation.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment confirms your place in the chosen journey.
Spiritual Coaching Journeys are offered as complete containers rather than individual sessions. By entering a journey, you are committing to the container as a whole.
For this reason, payments are non-refundable once the journey has commenced. This reflects the reserving of time, presence, and availability within a one-to-one coaching relationship.
Refunds are only considered in the event of:
- duplicate payment
- technical error during payment processing
In rare circumstances, if a journey cannot continue due to significant unforeseen reasons, this may be discussed together and considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the practitioner.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible.
- Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice will be accommodated where possible.
- Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may not be rescheduled.
This honours both the container and the shared commitment of time and presence.
7. Confidentiality
All sessions are held in confidence.
Anything shared within a session is treated with respect and discretion and will not be disclosed to others, except where required by law.
You are equally asked to respect the confidentiality of the coaching space.
8. Recording of Sessions
Sessions are not recorded by default.
Where appropriate and by mutual agreement, a session or a specific guided practice may be recorded to support your integration.
Any recordings provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published.
9. Boundaries and Respect
Spiritual Coaching Journeys are spaces of respect, presence, and integrity.
Any behaviour that is abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate may result in the journey being paused or ended without refund.
You are never required to share anything you do not wish to share.
10. Changes and Evolution
The nature of one-to-one work is responsive and alive.
While the overall structure of the journey remains consistent, the content and focus of sessions will respond to what is emerging for you.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your journey.
